But behind every chart-topper are thousands of artists grinding in silence—spending money they don’t have, chasing streams that barely pay, and pouring their soul into a system that often gives little in return.

I’ve seen it firsthand. As a creative director, technician, and strategist, I’ve walked with artists through every stage of the journey—from bedroom demos to polished releases. And I’ve watched too many of them burn out, not because they lacked talent, but because the game is rigged against transparency, fairness, and sustainability.
